Return and Exchange Policy

Customers can return or exchange perfume products within (7) days from the date of purchase, and flower products within (half an hour) from the time of receipt according to the conditions below.

Return and exchange conditions:

1.Products must be closed in their original condition and packaging, unopened, unused or damaged.

2.⁠Flowers must be in their original condition and not damaged.

3.⁠Products that show obvious manufacturing flaw can be returned or exchanged.

4.⁠Flowers can only be exchanged if they are damaged or do not match the required product upon delivery, provided that communication is made within (half) an hour of receipt.

5.⁠Customer service must be contacted to submit a return or exchange request and provide the necessary information.

6.⁠⁠The original invoice or proof of purchase must be submitted to complete the return or exchange process.

7.⁠⁠Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

8.⁠ ⁠Warranties do not cover damages resulting flaw from misuse or negligence.

9.⁠ ⁠Products purchased under special offers or discounts cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged.

10.⁠ ⁠Custom flowers cannot be returned or exchanged.

11.⁠ ⁠Personalized perfumes that have been engraved with the name or specially modified cannot be returned.

12. Special packaging services or gift cards cannot be returned.

13.⁠ ⁠The customer bears the delivery fees when returning or exchanging products unless the product is damaged or does not match the description or if there is an error on our part.

14.⁠ ⁠Paid amounts will be refunded using the same original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

15. All returned or exchanged products are subject to review and inspection before accepting the return or exchange.

16. Some seasonal flower types may vary and can only be exchanged for what is available in the same season.

17. In the event of an exchange request, the customer can choose an alternative product of the same or higher value and pay the difference.

18. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from misuse of the products after receiving them.
